A 2 General Motors Corporation Audit – Korea A baseline audit of the three facilities in South Korea to introduce GM’s management process audit program to former Daewoo facilities. This required understanding both GM program and local country compliance requirements and incorporating the compliance requirements into their process audit program.
EA 2 Hyundae Petrochemical (JP Morgan Securities) ESH Management System Audit – A comprehensive management system audit for validation purposes to new owners, as a follow up to the ESA-ESH audit performed previous for the M&A. In such an audit, we were involved both prior to the purchase and at post sale validation. EEI is hired in such highly visible purchases where we are called back after the purchase to validate.
A 1 Air Products and Chemicals Inc. ESH Compliance Audit – Combination of local manpower and bilingual ESH audit Protocols Development and Update from EEI. The audit team had to involve a PSM expert.
A 1 InterGreyted Consultants-Prime a Pharma Company ESH Compliance Audit in Korea for one of their client facilities (confidential) using our local manpower, EEI bilingual ESH audit protocol and our QC management, helps make the audit proceed efficiently.

P 1 Ashland Chemicals China bilingual ESH protocol for Shanghai.
A 1 Eastman Kodak Company ESH Audit – Participated in ESH audit in Asia facilities worked 13 hours/day and provided support on the draft report.
EA 2 Goldman Sachs (HPC) ESA-Audit – This was a combined ESH program assessment and an ESA for the largest petrochemical operation in South Korea going through an M&A and required skilled team members in each area to comprehend the risk and liability issues for each program element. The team was made up of US expert auditors and local auditors to provide the best combination of skills to present the company in the best light given the entire factual summary. Excellent report writing skills were critical in such an M&A of an existing and high valuable operation. The client was very happy with our work and remains one of our leading client references.
EA 1 InterGreyted Consultants-Prime for Abbott Laboratories ESA – Conducted a simple ESA for a former laboratory and parking lot. This is a simple and straight forward ESA, but done in a country where there are no data available. Thus professional judgment and knowledge of local practices are important in determining the risks and liabilities.
R 1 Pennzoil Quaker China Regulatory Update – Provided a regulatory review of Transportation, Packaging and Labeling requirements for transportation into Shanghai and across Provinces.
A 1 Pfizer Audit-Mexico: Provided ESH audit support for their facility in Mexico. Our Asia-Pacific local network is getting recognized and clients were coming to EEI for other regions of the world.

A 1 Air Products and Chemical Inc. ESH Compliance Audit at their Korean facilities, using a bilingual ESH audit checklist.
A 1 PPG Audit Protocol Update for Thailand and The Philippines – Provided updates for their old versions of country specific audit protocols that they had purchased from another company.
R 1 ENSR Japan and Korea Regulatory Update – provided regulatory requirements analysis for ESH requirements in Japan and Korea. This included also a training requirements matrix.

A 1 Amerada Hess Conducted ESH Audit of the downstream operation in the US and provided necessary training based on audit findings.
IH 1 Kemper NATLSCO – Prime for Columbia Chemicals Company Industrial Hygiene Program Development – Continuation of the IH Assessment and Program development, including heat stress and carbon black sampling.
E 1 InterGreyted Consultants – Prime for Alcan Aluminum Env’l Odor Investigation – Responded to odor complaints from neighbors. Reviewed their operation for the stack emissions and all air testing data in reference to permits and air regulatory requirements of Korea. The neighbors were small scale farmers and they were complaining that their crop was deteriorating. When all review indicated compliance with all legal requirements, the solution was appeasement and settling with the neighbors.
A 2 Delphi Automotive Systems EEI was awarded a contract for ESH Audit for all of their Asia facilities, the contract size was potentially $300,000 and the first Korea audit was completed successfully. However, due to long-term hospitalization of the Project Manager, the contract was later cancelled with mutual agreement. The client was happy with the services provided and also referred EEI to General Motors Corporation and we continued to work with GM in 2003.

T 1 FMC Course on EMS and ISO 14000, delivered to a wide representation of the corporate team. The course was developed in-house and customized to the audience, as the audience represented a wide group from various facilities as well as the corporate offices.
T 1 Samsung and Other Companies in Korea, as well as Trade Organizations Informal Sessions, Pro Bono, etc. on Due Diligence ESA; ESH Compliance Audit Program Strategies -Conducted repeat informal presentations on Due Diligence ESA and Compliance Audit Program Strategies training sessions overseas (in Asia) for various Trade Organizations. Also conducted these sessions through PPT multi-media venue, as a part of our in-house QC program, to manage the 250+ subcontractors and corporate employees.
1997 – 2000 Summary of Sessions by Class
T, SEC 2 Kansas DEM Counter-Terrorism Training – Provided 2 repeat sessions of a modular program made up of 4 courses in series to an audience size of 50 attendees representing the various first responder agencies in the state of Kansas. The courses are approved for CEU and we maintain a database of course attendees for the client. The modular program consists of Fundamentals, Community Vulnerability Risk Assessment, WMD and Table-top Exercises in that order.
T, SEC 1 PA Fayette County, PA Counter-Terrorism Training – provided a custom session of the Fundamentals of Counter-Terrorism to the county level first responders.
T 1 US EPA Risk Science Training – Provided custom session of Essential of Risk Assessment, (2 Days) to EPA program personnel representing different agencies.

Sessions held were Oct 98, May, August, and Sept 2000
T 1 Rhone Plounc Rorer and Other Commercial Sector clients Industrial Hygiene Exposure Assessment (HEG) 2-Days - Open sessions of this advanced IH course was held in Nov 98 and 99.
