EEI Corporation was founded in 1995 to provide Environmental and Energy Services for Industry (EEI), and has since expanded into Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Security Services as well. EEI is unique in its organization and management of a pool of 200+ experts located in many parts of the US and 350+ overseas.

Our goal is to provide a total seamless risk management solution.

EEI Corporation was founded in 1995 by Unhee Kim who is the primary author of a reference book on auditing titled "Environmental and Safety Auditing: Program Strategies for Legal, International, and Financial Issues". The book is targeted to meet the challenges of global operations. To meet these challenges, she set up a Global network of local support, pre-qualified and trained, to provide ESH services worldwide under strict US QC management oversight. We have full coverage of the US and Asia-Pacific and European regions. We are continuing to grow our network into Eastern Europe, Russia, the Middle East and Latin America.

Following a proven track record in the private sector, EEI Corporation received the 8a status in 2004 and plans to expand into the federal sector. At the end of 2006, EEI Corporation spun off its commercial sector operation into EEI International and maintains the 8a status under EEI Corporation’s Federal Sector operation.

The locations of our US & worldwide pool of experts supervised by our US management team are available to both EEI International and to EEI Corporation. EEI Corporation will continue to expand into the federal sector. All commercial sector clients are transferred to EEI International. EEI Corporation has many Joint-Venture (JV) and teaming partners in the US for delivering federal contracts through the sole-source 8a contract vehicles, and welcomes others to join. The acronym EEI is used to refer to both companies.
