The technology it is a combination of Electromechanical and Chemical treatment that has been used successfully for the continuous processing of water contaminated at the refinery level or drilling operations. The treated waters are by products of Gasoline, Diesel, fuel Oils, and crude oil storage tanks and oil rigs. In most cases the water have a high concentration of solids, salts and a mixture of many oils which will end up having to be classified as waste or hazardous waste.
The technology will separate the oil and water as well as remove the surfactant, the dirt, and other contamination such as heavy metals, hydrocarbons, and salts. The treatment it is performed as a service to the client with patented equipment and proprietary chemicals. It is accomplished on site at the client own premises, and in some cases utilizing mobile equipment. The treated water could be reused and simply be hauled from project to project, saving the purchase and disposal costs of the water.

RECOVERY OF SLOP OIL
Slop oils that have been storage for a long time and with the hope of an eventual treatment. In many cases it is old, oxidized, low temperature, high concentration of solids, and a mixture of many oils. The slop oil is classified as waste or hazardous waste. The technology will separate the oil and water, remove the surfactant, the dirt, and other contamination such as heavy metals. The treatment it is performed as a service to the client with patented equipment and proprietary chemicals. It is accomplished on site at the client own premises, utilizing mobile equipment. This process saves the client a substantial amount of money and provides them with the valuable recovered oil. The results are three product streams.
- Oil with less than 1% BSW
- Water with less than 1% Oil
- Easily disposable solids without contaminants
Typical results after treatment are:
- Initial Raw slop oil 79% oil, 20% water, 1% BS.
- Treated Recovered oil 99.94% oil 0.01% water 0.05% BS
SOIL REMEDIATION
The technology is a combination of process that cost-efficiently addresses a wide range of contaminants at one time, directly at the source. The system will treat sludge and soil deemed problematic in storage pits or spills. The system can handle all sorts of contaminants with the need for additional treatments. The remediation is well suited to handle silt, silica and oils, water can be reintroduced to the environment as irrigation or reused.
