Dr. Jamlong Suthin is the Senior Environmental Consultant with EEI Corporation. He has supported many environmental due diligence and compliance audits for a large number of MNOs. He has a very good knowledge of Thai environmental regulations. He is the author of EEI Thailand Protocol and the team leader for EEI audits in Thailand. He is senior in experience and is quite detailed in his work. He was responsible for the preparation of Initial Environmental Evaluation of onshore gas pipeline project for many companies (US and other). As the project coordinator with US oil companies, he and his team provided oil spill modeling studies using the model acceptable to the authority, oil weathering study to determine suitable dispersant substance for any particular type of oil as well as in the team member conducting oil spill management exercise with the client (Chevron) for tier 1 scenario.

Mr. Charoon Sompoo has approximately twenty years experience in project management, project engineering compression application, discipline co-ordination, field engineering, commissioning and startup of main and distribution gas pipelines facilities as well as both onshore and offshore project. His experience includes system hydraulics, application of compression to vehicles, feasibility studies, metering and regulating station design and all other aspects of gas pipeline design and construction. He has spent the first 15 years with Petroleum Authority of Thailand, and thereafter provided consulting expertise.

Mr. Thanit Phutphim has 25 years of experience, both in the government and private sectors. He is an owner, consultant and contractor in industry planning and detailed design in mechanical works. His experience includes equipment for water resource projects, water supply projects, wastewater treatment projects; performance testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of both hydropower plants and thermal power plants; installation supervision of mechanical equipment in power plants; and energy conservation and auditing in power plants and industries, with experience in installation supervision of mechanical works. For many projects he was responsible for cost estimation and for Construction Management of Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Works.

Since 1979, Mr. Thanit Phutphim has worked in the field of oil and gas refinery, and petroleum chemical plant construction. He has also performed piping and equipment installation work; mechanical equipment, piping and steel structural construction; building and fencing work; and engineering design and construction management. He has provided construction engineering and safety oversight at many construction projects and oil/gas operations.

Mr. Thanit Phutphim has 20 years of experience in risk assessment for gas pipeline and wastewater treatment from tank farm. He is the national expert on Wastewater and Sanitary System engineering. He graduated with Honors from college and later was invited to France to further study (where he received his doctorate) this specialty area. He has conducted numerous field projects and is the favorite among many foreign clients.
