- Building and fire code consulting, including performance-based building design and evaluation, and fire modeling, for the design of new facilities, the rehabilitation of existing facilities, and the evaluation of existing buildings
- Fire protection system design and analysis, including fire alarm and detection, automatic sprinkler and standpipe, and clean agent
- Surveys and evaluations of existing buildings to ensure compliance with industry best standards, including life safety assessments for JCAHO accreditation compliance
- Application of the Fire Safety Evaluation System and development of other equivalencies
- Building codes, fire protection and Life Safety Code® course development and instruction

- Fire cause and origin investigation, litigation support and expert testimony
