EEI has been providing global audit services and regulatory compliance protocols since 1995 to over 60 US Fortune 500 companies for their worldwide facilities. Best value is provided by utilization of local expert manpower and local – know-how, but with US corporate oversight. EEI has a unique management style. EEI setup a Global Network of local ESH team who work under EEI corporate QC oversight. The screening and qualification process for any local ESH auditor to join EEI Global Network is very rigorous and requires, as a minimum, the development and update of country – specific regulatory compliance protocols. All member of the global network is middle level or senior with at least 10 year of experience.
With each client, prior to the first audit, we go through an indoctrination training session of client audit program requirements and expectation with all the local auditors. For ensuring consistency of audits worldwide, EEI have a QC program for preparing each local auditor, reviewing audit reports, and managing the audit process each step of the way. All audit reports go through the corporate review process, unless the CLIENT provides their own audit team leader on site each time and takes over this responsibility.

New Federal Environmental Legislation and new municipal sewer-use bylaws are requiring the preparation of P2 plans.
We are here to help your company in implementing pollution prevention plans well into the existing environmental management system. We concentrate on the pollution prevention planning which is more effective than pollution treatment after a pollution problem occurs. Emphasis are placed on reductions at the sources of pollution, such as reducing the amount of industrial, hazardous, and toxic wastes by planning and implementing changes in the waste production process. We conduct site investigation and develop solutions best suited for your company. We have also developed P2 training courses and incorporated life cycle assessment into the P2 process.
EEI provides English and Bilingual audit protocols that are prepared by local experts who are familiar in working within the countries and with the regulations of the local country.
