EEI customized an Audit Program Training tool for ConocoPhillips, both as DVD and also as Intranet use for worldwide application in the English language. The one-time license to place the audit training on the client’s intranet allows their worldwide employee audience to be trained in the strategies and skills of auditing and preparing a facility to review an audit. This is the most cost-effective solution as over 500 employees will be able to conduct the self-study with the study guide at their own pace, at their own computer in their own country/state/city. ConocoPhillips has expressed an interest in having EEI translate the same training module into more than eight foreign languages to permit their worldwide employees to participate in this training program and provide consistency to a multinational operation.

EEI provided a modular training program of 4 courses in series to an audience size of 50 attendees. The students were men and women representing the various first responder agencies in the state of Kansas. The courses are approved for CEU and we maintain a database of course attendees for the client. The modular program consists of Fundamentals, Community Vulnerability Risk Assessment, WMD and Table-top Exercises in that order. This brings every audience to the same level of knowledge and awareness and they can thus coordinate better between agencies.
