The EEI Live Web Webinars eliminate the unnecessary costs and stresses of travel and EEI Live Web Webinar courses are available either as public or as private webinars.
EEI's technology has created a virtual classroom which allows interaction between students and instructors as well as student to student. By holding the course online, employees may remain in-office or on location and still achieve training benefits.
Changes from Traditional Sessions:
When transitioning from in-classroom training to LIVE WEB Webinar training, various modifications have to be made to course material and instructors' training techniques.
To achieve top-level quality instruction, one day in-classroom training sessions are converted into two half-day LIVE WEB webinar sessions. This ensures greater attentiveness, and thus a more engaged and receptive audience, as well as allowing extra time to review the new information.
Audience participation is required and made possible through the teleconferencing feature which also allows the audience to not only hear but speak to the instructor in real time. For those who are less outgoing, participation can be made via the live chat box. The presentation is watched over the internet via computer.
