Fire Protection Engineering and Safety
Client :
GSA

EEI is assisting the General Services Administration in Fire Protection Engineerin Services for various locations. We conduct fire protection surveys of GSA building’s mechanical, electrical, and storage spaces. EEI documented all non-compliant items as well as exemplary fire protection systems maintenance and testing practices. EEI reviewed the Occupant Emergency Plan. The finished report was used by GSA’s Safety and Environmental Branch to correct non-compliant items and to improve the maintenance and upkeep of the fire protection systems. The report addressed all the findings during the survey including life safety code violations, testing results, review of the findings from the last fire protection survey, review of the recent fire maintenance and test reports generated by the building maintenance staff or their contractor.
